In a scathing forum address to all writers, Spoof editor Mark Lowton came down hard on all veteran writers about the volume of emails and “PM’s” he’s received about persons known simply as “MW Chuy.”

In his omnipotent capacity as owner, administrator, inventor, originator, I.T. dude, and sometimes editor of the Spoof, Lowton declared that effective midnight March 7, all Spoof writers will be instructed to use only “One” writer’s name per IP Address and not the 15 or so like a certain writer is doing. …

According to Lowton, any violators will be placed on “Disciplinary Probation” for two weeks. Subsequent violations will result in a fine of $500 British payable to Mark Lowton via certified bank draft or credit card.

If by any chance there is any one person stupid enough to try a third infraction, the guilty party’s name, home address, cell phone number, photo, site password, credit card info, mother’s maiden name, and social security number will be posted in one of the forum sections for all to see and use as they see fit. In addition the same information will be posted simultaneouisly in the Nigerian banking edition of the Spoof!

To make certain everyone read and understood the message, Lowton printed out the decree and stapled it to the computer screen in a fit of rage. unfortunately, he was at Ali’s Cyber Cafe at the time and the owner Ali Chuy-lee didn’t see the humor about having a myriad of staple holes in his computer screen. Then, after calling Lowton an ‘infidel,’ punched Lowton squarely in the face causing a mug of beer to shatter as it absorbed the punch.

Lowton threatens to sue and regrets borrowing the now soggy suit.
